Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 cans tomato sauce (14.5 oz each)
- 2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 oz each)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 box dry uncooked macaroni
- 1 cup frozen peas
Crockpot Goulash Recipe:
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
- Add finely diced onions and peppers; cook until tender.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add finely diced bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 3.5 hours.
- Cook the pasta 1 hour before serving, following the instructions on the box.
- 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cooked pasta and frozen peas.
- Cover and let sit for a few minutes.
- Garnish and serve.
