Hazlnut and Dates Bliss Balls from Sunshine Bites

We will introduce you the Hazlnut and Dates Bliss Balls prepared from Sunshine Bites

Ingredients

200g (about 10) fresh medjool dates,

Pitted 80g

1/2 cup hazelnuts

2 heaped tbsp nut butter (hazelnut)

1.5 tbsp cocoa powder,

Good quality 2 tbsp raw honey

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray and place into the oven for 10 minutes, giving them a toss half way.

Remove from the oven and once cool rub them in a bit of kitchen towel to remove most of the skins. Place the hazelnuts in a food processor and blitz for 10-20 seconds until finely chopped.

Add all the remaining ingredients and blitz until the dates have broken down and the mixture is starting to stick together.

Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop and roll into balls. Wet your hands a little if it gets too sticky. Eat straight away or keep in an air tight container for 5-7 days!
